Personal Injury Solicitor

Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)

About the Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join a highly regarded specialist team in Cardiff, acting on a strong pipeline of Employers’ Liability and Public Liability claims (up to £25k).

The role will involve:
* Running a caseload of EL/PL matters up to £25,000, with the support of an experienced team.
* Advising clients from initial instruction through to settlement.
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements and key documentation.
* Managing claims efficiently, ensuring excellent client care throughout.
* Working collaboratively with senior fee earners and support staff to progress files smoothly.
To be successful in this roleauce you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) with experience or a strong interest in Personal Injury.
* Have exposure to Employers’ Liability and/or Public Liability matters (training seat experience welcomed).
* Be confident handling your own files while knowing when to escalape for support.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
* Be keen to learnaviconrect, develop, and progress within repell specialist PI environment.
