The Ideal Candidate:
* A hands-on, floor-focused General Manager with a genuine passion for guest experience
* Confident driving revenue, sales, and overall business performance
* Bubbly, engaging, and naturally relationship-driven
* Minimum 2 years as a General Manager is required
* A strong leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
* Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
* Passionate about training staff to deliver exceptional luxury hospitality standards
