This role is office-based in Wilmslow
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Sales Support Administrator to support our technical sales team and help deliver a five-star customer experience, from first enquiry to signed contract.
About the Role:
This is a non-technical role focused on process, communication, and coordination. You won’t be designing solar systems, you’ll be making sure everything around them runs like clockwork. From qualifying leads and supporting proposals to updating the sales CRM and ensuring smooth handovers to operations, you’ll be at the heart of a growing team with a mission to power the UK’s energy transition.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Contacting new leads, qualifying criteria, and booking calls
* Supporting quote creation, contracts, and proposal accuracy
* Managing CRM data and handovers to operations
* Liaising with Sales Engineers and keeping things moving
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in sales admin or support
Strong communicator – phone and email
Excellent attention to detail and process-driven thinking
CRM experience (HubSpot a bonus!)
An interest in renewables (no technical experience needed)
