Training provider that offers Digital, Management, Governance and Inclusivity training plus apprenticeships in the UK.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Apprenticeship Tutor to deliver high‑quality training in Digital and AI‑related programmes to adult learners across England. You will support apprentices through structured teaching, skills development, assessment, and preparation for End‑Point Assessment.
This role requires strong understanding of DfE and ESFA funding rules, DWP eligibility requirements, and full compliance with EPAOs and awarding organisations for regulated qualifications and apprenticeship delivery.
This is a part‑time hybrid role for a Digital Tutor specializing in Marketing and Artificial Intelligence (AI), with work based from home and the flexibility to complete some tasks remotely. Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging learning sessions, providing insightful mentorship in marketing and AI, preparing course materials, and staying updated on industry trends. Additional tasks involve evaluating learners' progress, offering constructive feedback, and tailoring educational content to diverse learner needs. The role also encompasses collaborating with the team to improve course offerings and ensure that all participants acquire actionable skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, well‑structured training in Digital and AI disciplines.
* Conduct workplace observations, competency assessments and skills coaching.
* Complete learner progress reviews every 8–10 weeks with apprentices and employers.
* Track and evidence off‑the‑job training in line with ESFA requirements.
* Maintain accurate learner records, ILR‑aligned documentation and e‑portfolio evidence.
* Prepare apprentices for End‑Point Assessment in line with EPAO assessment plans.
* Ensure all qualification delivery meets awarding‑organisation standards and assessment principles.
* Embed safeguarding, Prevent Duty, British Values and professional behaviours throughout delivery.
* Work in line with Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework and internal quality processes.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Paid Advertising.
* Experience in Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications, specifically in marketing tools and strategies.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and mentorship skills.
* Proficiency in crafting engaging educational content and delivering interactive training sessions.
* Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task and provide tailored learning support.
* Experience in curriculum planning, instructional design, or related educational activities.
* Passion for supporting equity and inclusion in entrepreneurship and leadership.
* Preferred: Prior teaching or tutoring experience, especially in a professional or volunteer capacity.
* Preferred: Degree OR professional background in Marketing, Business, AI, Education, or related fields.

* Experience delivering apprenticeships or vocational training in digital or technology subjects.
* Strong understanding of Ofsted EIF, safeguarding, Prevent and EDI.
* Working knowledge of DfE/ESFA funding rules and DWP eligibility requirements.
* Familiarity with EPAO processes and awarding‑organisation compliance.
* Excellent communication, coaching and assessment skills.
* Confident using digital learning platforms and e‑portfolio systems.
