We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a leading manufacturer in Newport. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and excellent communication across customers, agents, and internal departments.

37.5 hours per week, worked on a flexible basis
9:00am - 17:00 Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 12:00 Friday
(Core hours: Mon–Thurs 9am–12pm & 2pm–4pm, Fri 9am–12pm)

Job Description
Prepare quotations and liaise with the Machine Shop for lead times and costs
Raise production orders and oversee shipping and invoicing, ensuring correct documentation is in place
Prepare BOMs, routings, cost roll-ups, and work files
Act as a key point of contact between Sales, Production, and customers to meet agreed schedules
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, imports, and exports
Manage inter-plant replenishment and the washed boats process
Handle general reception and administration duties
Essential Experience & Skills
Previous experience in an office-based, customer-facing role
Understanding of sales order processes within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
SAP experience required
