About the role
We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our General Counsel & Company Secretary (GC & CoSec). The role involves providing professional administrative and logistical support, managing the GC’s agenda, coordinating communications, and supporting governance activities. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders, building strong relationships, and navigating high-pressure environments.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing comprehensive administrative support and managing priorities.
2. Managing the GC's email inbox and correspondence.
3. Building relationships with stakeholders and advising on processes.
4. Attending meetings and managing follow-up activities.
5. Supporting Board and committee meetings preparation.
6. Assisting with legal & governance projects and priorities.
Qualifications and skills:
* Experience supporting senior leaders at the executive level.
* Ability to build credible relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Initiative and confidence to challenge existing practices.
* High emotional and political intelligence.
* Resilience under pressure and independence in work.
* Experience in corporate governance administration (desirable).
