Summary:
The Group Product Director, HCP Market Development will lead all of Market Development, Therapeutic Excellence, Medical Education and Omnichannel across TREMFYA Rheumatology and Dermatology. This role will act as a leader in the Psoriatic marketing team and will report directly to the Director of Marketing for TREMFYA Dermatology and Rheumatology. The individual in this position will have responsibility for partnering with the Icotrokinra Marketing team, Lifecycle Management GPD, Global Commercial, Medical Affairs, the Thought Leader Liaison teams and more to ensure excellence from a therapeutic marketplace leadership perspective. This leader will also guide and shape excellence in our Non-Personal Promotions and Media Excellence in partnership with the HCP Prof Promo and DTC teams.
This person will be accountable for meeting key strategic imperatives of the portfolio and contributing to revenue performance. This individual must demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing without authority with high-level management, attention to detail, and excellent strategic thinking. This position requires extensive interactions with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and leading a leading Therapeutic Category Excellence and Medical Education coordinated plan across Rheumatology and Dermatology
* Partnering with Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) teams and Medical Affairs to identify, strategize and operationalize impactful congress and advocacy presence, meaningful insight gathering, ensure KOL strategy operationalization and coordinate across all relevant parties for executional excellence
* Collaborating with GCSO, NPBD, Medical Affairs, US Marketing and related stakeholders on bringing elements of the LCM and early asset data into relevant insight gathering opportunities compliantly
* Design and execute Rheumatology and Dermatology leadership communication platforms and executive engagements
* Lead the relationship with the Medical Education vendor across Rheumatology and Dermatology to shape category-leading medical education and deliver on differentiating and impact-driving education by stakeholder (MD/DO, APP, BC, and more) and ensure best-in-class approach from vendor partner
* Lead a high-performing team of Product Directors and Product Managers designing and executing Medical Education and Omnichannel work and coach to top level executionn
* Lead the relationship with Media Buying Agency for designing a competitive Non-Personal Promotion plan, and ensuring an effective and efficient buy relative to category and organizational targeting and segmentation needs
* Partner with GPD Prof Promo regarding omni-channel content strategy and lead team to tactical execution in Rheum and Derm in line with overall brand strategy
* Partner with SIA, AA, Media Excellence and Digital Solutions teams to ensure insights are driving the selection, optimization and maximization of channels to produce greatest impact relative to spend and strategy
* Oversee related OPEX budgets and ensure timely budget management along with business case development when needed
* Play a critical role in supporting inline asset BP planning
* Demonstrate strong strategic and operational planning excellence to ensure proactive and timely cross-functional plans regarding data, competitor activities, market events and more;
* Build relationships and work effectively with external agencies and key internal partners to ensure prioritized successful tactical execution.
* Partner with legal, medical, regulatory & HCC to obtain approval of marketing materials.

Qualifications:
* B.A./B.S. is required. An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.
* A minimum of 10 years of commercial or related business experience, of which at least 5 years of successful pharmaceutical marketing experience is required
* People leadership experience preferred
* Prior experience in medical education and non-personal promotions preferred
* Candidate must have a demonstrated track record of business results, storytelling competencies and effectively driving new and novel solutions
* Ability to influence large/diverse teams without direct authority is required
* Strong verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills
* Agency/ vendor relationship management required
* Demonstrated success partnering with sales teams is preferred
* Must have a strong sense of urgency and big picture orientation with attention to detail
* Continual assessment of the competitive landscape to inform strategic choices
* Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen.
* Excellent leadership, decision-making process, and ability to influence with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to deliver results
* This role is based in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and requires up to 20% domestic travel
