The postholder will be responsible for providing medical secretarial support to our consultants and work closely with other members of our administration team. The post will require working autonomously prioritising your own workload whilst following policies and procedures.

This is a fixed term role and for those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only. Please obtain permission to be released on a secondment before submitting an application.

Qualifications / Skills
* Touch typing and audio skills
* Ability to use SystmOne – maintaining essential data
* Ability to use Winscribe
* Updating skills as necessary and attending mandatory training
* Knowledge and experience of diary management – arranging meetings and taking notes as required
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
