Occasional travel to other locations within St Helens and Warrington.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Learning & Development Business Partner, you will provideprehensive coordination and administrative support across all L&D activities. This is a varied and fast‑paced role where you will:
1. Coordinate a wide range of learning events and development opportunities for colleagues
2. Act as a key point of contact for managers, learners, and external training providers
3. Support the scheduling andpletion of mandatory Health & Safety and e‑learning requirements
4. Administer L&D processes through iTrent, including bookings, venue arrangements, and evaluation data
5. Maintain accurate learning records and ensure certificates are stored appropriately
6. Manage activity through the organisation’s LMS platform
7. Produce regular reporting, including non‑attendance updates for managers
8. Promote learning opportunities through internalmunication channels
9. Support the wider People Services team with general tasks when required
This role is central to ensuring colleagues have access to high‑quality learning experiences and that all L&D processes run smoothly and efficiently.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
10. Experience providing administrative support within a busy HR or People Services environment
11. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting
12. Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
13. High levels of IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
14. Experience maintaining confidential records and working with accuracy and attention to detail
15. A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
