Service Care Solutions are recruiting for General Practitioners (GPs) to support Primary Care Centre's within the Yorkshire Area!
Location: Yorkshire and surrounding Areas
Pay:
- UTC and GP experience post CCT
Duties:
* Conducting patient consultations, including physical examinations and history taking
* Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic medical conditions
* Prescribing medications and managing repeat prescriptions
* Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and investigations
* Referring patients to appropriate secondary care or specialist services when required
* Promoting preventative care and providing health education to patients
* Managing long-term health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension
* Maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient records using clinical systems (e.g., EMIS or SystmOne - dependent on Specific GP Surgery)
