Our client is expanding – and we’re assisting them in the search for a proactive, organised Business Management Administrator to become the heartbeat of their Northampton office.

The Role

You’ll be central to keeping the office running smoothly and delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include:

* Providing general office and administrative support
* Meeting and welcoming visitors
* Supporting internal and external events
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers
* Assisting with office coordination and project work


About You

You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment and bring:

* GCSE Maths & English (Grade 5+)
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent IT skills (MS Office essential)
* Exceptional attention to detail
* A positive, proactive mindset
* Experience in an office‑based role
