We have been engaged by a leading global FM and Workplace management business to appoint a Head of Workplace Services on a major global FM account. As part of a major investment in the account we are looking for a talented and innovative FM professional to further drive and develop gold plated hotel standard services across a number of exceptionally high spec work locations. As part of the EMEA SLT you will be responsible for a number of key areas.

* Management of all FM services across 2 London locations
* Developing best in class services and ensuring a service first mindset across the delivery team
* Overseeing offices moves, projects and building upgrades
* Development of innovative ESG initiatives
* Liaison with board level customers and high net worth stakeholders
* Budgetary control and financial reporting
* Using technology, data and BI to drive efficiency projects
* Identifying commercial opportunities and increasing contract scope through exceptional service delivery
* Leading and fostering a collaborative and client first culture across the management team
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and develop FM delivery in some of London's most prestigious office space. We are looking for a customer centric approach and a service first mindset, you must have a demonstratable background in corporate FM at a senior level. A background in outsourced FM delivery would be advantageous.
