About the Role As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our solo children’s home in Warrington — a smaller, therapeutic setting designed for young people who need tailored, one-on-one care. You’ll: Lead and support your team on shift Provide consistent, high-quality care and emotional support Promote learning, development, and independence Create a safe, warm, and positive environment Work closely with families, social workers, and professionals Handle sleep-in duties (8 per month on average)About You We’re looking for someone with: A Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or working towards it) Experience in a children’s residential setting (essential) Some supervisory or team-leading experience A full UK driving licence (essential) Resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference Age 21 (legal requirement for residential care roles)What We Offer £32,644 – £34,824/year (including sleep-in payments) Fully funded qualifications (Level 3, 4 & 5 in Residential Childcare) 248 hours of annual leave Enhanced bank holiday pay (time and a half) Paid, accredited induction training and ongoing CPD Real career progression (50 internal promotions last year!)
