This is a fantastic opportunity atawelcoming law firm in the Clifton area who is looking to hire in its residential property team. You would be a qualifiedSolicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancerwith 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience. The department is instructed on a range of property transactions from first-time buyer purchases to complex, high-value portfolios.
What experience is required:
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer
* 2–5 years’ PQE in residential property law
* Proven ability to manage a full caseload including:
o Freehold and leasehold transactions
o Re-mortgages
o Transfers of equity
o Equity release
o Right to buy
* Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships across the conveyancing chain
* A collaborative mindset and professional approach

* Manage a residential conveyancing caseloadfrom instruction to post-completion
