You will have experience of supporting elderly residents within a care home setting, be proficient in the safe administration of medications, be a team player and be able to adapt to situations as they arise in the home. Having experience in evaluating care plans would be beneficial but training can be provided. The home is a purpose built 67 bedded home over 3 floors, senior care staff are allocated to a specific floor for their shift and the care of the residents with the support of their team during that shift.

As a Senior Care Assistant - Days, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care to residents in a care home setting. Reporting to the Unit Manager, you will utilize your supervisory experience and leadership skills to oversee care plans and ensure effective communication among the team. Your premium skills in senior care and driving will enhance the support provided to our residents.
