Description Process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner Verify invoice approvals and match to purchase orders Manage staff expense claims, ensuring compliance with policy Resolve supplier queries and maintain positive relationships Raise and issue customer sales invoices Monitor aged debtors and assist with credit control when required Ensure prompt allocation of customer payments Post accruals, prepayments, and journals to ensure accurate month-end reporting Maintain trial balance accuracy and support monthly close processes Perform reconciliations of control accounts, including VAT, payroll, and intercompanyProfile A successful Management Accountant should have: A recognised accounting qualification or working towards one. AAT, CIMA, ACCA Studier Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
