Being a proactive and personable Client Services Assistant you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Some of the key Client Services Assistant responsibilities are:
* Greet clients and visitors in reception, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
* Handle incoming calls, manage messages, and monitor the Advice inbox
* Provide clear information about the firm’s services and respond to client enquiries
* Take client payments, order couriers and train tickets, and handle deliveries
* Support with admin tasks such as file archiving, document witnessing, and scanning prep
* Arrange meetings, book appointments, and manage diaries and meeting room bookings
* Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and display notices when needed
* Conduct ID checks, follow AML procedures, and ensure data security and confidentiality
* Support the wider team with ad hoc duties and ensure compliance with company policies
* Carry out weekly fire and panic alarm tests and keep safety logs up to date
The ideal person will be:
