Your new role
You will take ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery across a portfolio of automotive engineering programmes. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Key responsibilities include:
* Leading full project lifecycle activities from concept through to production release
* Managing project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
* Coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards
* Reporting project status to senior leadership and supporting strategic decision‑making
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience managing engineering projects within the automotive or wider manufacturing sector
* Strong understanding of product development processes, engineering change, and quality systems
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, technically demanding environment
* Project management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, APM) are advantageous but not essential
