Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Support Technician
Salary: starting £27,800 and rising to £29,200 when role triggers are met + 20% shift allowance
Career Development: You’ll have a structured development plan with regular pay increases as you complete training and build new skills. Your progression is performance-driven, and within 2–3 years you could advance to the next grade, starting at £33,892 and rising to £37,568.
Location: Desford, Leicestershire
