The Role:
Professional and accurate completion of survey report plans using Microsoft Visio.
Complete survey reports, AMP's and PRAs in line with customer requirements and expectations. Including report checking.
Complete as required information for dashboards, KPI boards.
Coordinate laboratory analysis of asbestos samples collected during surveys, ensuring samples are properly labelled, packaged, and transported for analysis.
Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of asbestos surveying operations.
Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in asbestos surveying administration.
Maintain and update databases and systems for tracking surveying projects, client information, and survey reports.
Gather the relevant information for potential removal projects based on survey findings, collaborating with other areas of the business where required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and adhere to data protection policies and procedures You will need as a minimum:

To be very neat and tidy with great attention to detail.
Great communication skills.
Good working knowledge and experience of a store/warehouse environment.
A good level of IT, reading and writing skills for appropriate documentation and maintenance of company systems.
