You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and commercial teams, and will play a key role in planning and executing works on site. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 5 years’ experience in a similar role on civil engineering projects in Ireland. Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily outputs. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a sharp focus on programme and quality. Responsibilities Take ownership of day-to-day site management, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of works. Coordinate and supervise direct labour, subcontractors, and plant/equipment on site. Work closely with the Project Manager to plan ahead, manage resources, and keep works on programme. Ensure all works meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The Package Salary will be DOE, but you can expect in the region €70,000 – €80,000 Vehicle Fuel Matched Pension Scheme.
