Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Transaction Services Manager to be part of a growing boutique advisory firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing financial due diligence and transaction support engagements for clients. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage financial due diligence projects, including the review of financial, operational and commercial aspects of potential acquisitions.
* Identify and assess financial and operational risks, as well as commercial and financial opportunities.
* Provide insightful and value-adding recommendations to clients on transaction structure and pricing.
* Work closely with clients and their advisors to provide transaction support services, including pre- and post-deal analysis, financial modelling and integration planning.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships and assist in business development initiatives.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring the highest standards of work are achieved.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or corporate finance.
* Strong technical skills, including financial modelling and data analysis.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of professionals.
* Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
