A successful 11–18 secondary school in Bromsgrove is seeking a meticulous and proactive HR & Compliance Administrator to support its people and safeguarding operations from January 2026.
The Role
You'll support safer recruitment, staff records and compliance processes, ensuring the school meets statutory requirements. Responsibilities include managing pre-employment checks, maintaining the Single Central Record, supporting contracts and liaising with external agencies when required.
Accuracy, discretion and professionalism are essential in this role.
