Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect – Finance Domain
Location: Norway (Onsite – Travel Required)

We are recruiting on behalf of a global consultancy delivering a strategic transformation workshop for a leading energy client based in Norway. The engagement will involve a short-term, high-impact assignment to define the future to-be SAP landscape and transformation roadmap for Finance under a “SAP First” approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and facilitate workshops to assess the client’s current SAP S/4HANA Finance landscape.
* Develop the to-be architecture and transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
* Translate business requirements into scalable SAP Finance solutions (GL, AP, AR, AA, Closing Cockpit).
* Produce actionable deliverables and documentation as workshop output.
* Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to define the SAP transformation journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* SAP consulting experience, including in architecture roles.
* Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including system design, integration, and roadmap planning.
* Strong understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 for Finance processes.
* Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and transformation planning.
* Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Prior exposure to Oilfield Services or Engineering industries (preferred, not mandatory).
