£33,210 - £39,419 FTE (15 hours per week) – Permanent – Location: Skegness College

What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver engaging and hands‑on lessons in Level 2 Beauty Therapy, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup.
* Support learners in developing both technical skills and professional standards.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
About the person
The successful candidate will hold a recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and a Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Beauty Therapy or a related field. Industry experience in a salon, spa or freelance setting is essential. You must have a passion for teaching and mentoring young people with excellent communication and organisational skills.
