What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with department heads to plan and deliver workforce needs.
* Craft and post creative, engaging job adverts using the latest tools and platforms.
* Maintain and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
* Screen applications, conduct telephone interviews, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
* Build and nurture a talent pool of high-quality, culturally aligned candidates.
* Support hiring managers during interviews and manage all HR documentation including contracts and offer letters.
* Maintain and administer people-related business systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Provide system support to staff and issue recruitment communications.
* Uphold our Business Management System (BMS) and ensure information security at all times.
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
* Strong IT skills and a solid understanding of business systems.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to engage across all levels of the business.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
* A mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
* HR or Recruitment qualification or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in the technology sector.
