Well established regional firm has a new vacancy in their busy Residential Property department based just outside Birmingham city centre.
Our client is a respected L500 rated firm with an excellent reputation and a supportive, friendly culture. They have a vacancy for a residential conveyancer with experience of the following:
* Freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
* Deferred charges and equity releases
* Registrations
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* Shared ownership
