What You'll Be Doing Party Host Delivering amazing birthday parties and group events. Leading activities and engaging with children and families. Serving party food and ensuring celebrations run smoothly. Creating unforgettable experiences from arrival to departure. Reception Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Checking customers in and assisting with bookings. Answering telephone and email enquiries. Processing payments and promoting memberships, events and merchandise. Court Marshal Supervising activity areas and obstacle courses. Delivering safety briefings. Encouraging participation and helping guests have fun safely. Monitoring equipment and maintaining excellent safety standards. Caf Team Preparing and serving food and beverages. Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards. Delivering excellent customer service. Supporting busy service periods. What We're Looking For We are looking for people who: Love working with people Have a positive attitude and plenty of energy Are confident communicating with children and adults Take pride in delivering excellent customer service Can work effectively as part of a team Are reliable, punctual and professional Enjoy working in a busy and active environment Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, retail, entertainment, childcare, sports coaching or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
