What You’ll Be Doing Leading the technical delivery of infrastructure projects (both on-site and remotely) Scoping and designing tailored network, security, and cloud solutions Acting as a key technical resource in pre-sales discussions Carrying out comprehensive infrastructure assessments and producing client-ready reports Providing 2nd/3rd line support and guidance for client IT teams Collaborating with internal engineers and leadership to raise the bar across delivery
What You’ll Need Strong hands-on experience with networks, firewalls, and Microsoft infrastructure Fortinet NSE4 (or equivalent hands-on firewall experience) Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, IP Subnetting, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID Experience with Aruba wired/wireless networks, email/web filtering, and cloud platforms Clear communication skills and a consultative, solutions-focused mindset A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (with occasional overnight stays)
Experience working in or with educational settings is a bonus, but not essential.
