As a Key Account Manager based in London you’ll be responsible for:
* Attending off‑site customer visits to build strong relationships and upsell products
* Maintaining strong communication with branch managers, keeping them involved in the sales process
* Generating new business through cold outreach and lead generation, contributing to year‑on‑year sales growth
* Updating Salesforce regularly to ensure all information is accurate and recorded
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The role is remote, and you will be expected to travel regularly in North, West or South London.
Key Account Manager – Qualifications
* Previous account management experience in the industry
* Ability to manage complex issues, deliver results, and work well with a wider team
* Experience building a sales territory plan
* Solid knowledge in the refrigeration and air‑conditioning industry
