Property Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Producing high quality, photographic inspection reports.
2. Carrying out routine inspections and meeting with tenants over any concerns regarding the property or their tenancy.
3. Intercepting and processing maintenance to ensure a high level of due diligence.
4. Conducting viewings at properties that are on the rental market.
5. Organising safety certificates and processing remedial works.
6. Instructing maintenance works and working closely with contractors to influence quick completion dates.
7. Obtaining quotes from various contractors and presenting to them to the landlords.
8. Processing invoices.
9. Comparing before and after inspections to highlight the difference in the property condition and create an action plan to resolve these issues.
10. Processing end of tenancy deposits
11. Leading other property managers and helping develop their skills and experience.
12. Any other duties role may involve.
Person Specification:
13. Accredited Property Exams or at least 1 year experience in Property Management
14. Excellent customer service experience and an understanding into how valuable this trait is to our company
15. A proactive, positive approach to any task you undertake
16. Excellent organisation skills and are able to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines
17. Passion for being reliable, responsible and for exceeding expectations
18. Strong attention to detail
19. A confident communicator, and you enjoy working as part of a team
20. Clean UK Driving Licence
