Your new role
As Regional Medical Advisor for Rare Blood Disorders,youllbe at the forefront ofestablishingNovo Nordisks medical presence in Sickle Cell Disease, Thalassemia, andHaemophilia. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals while shaping the pre:launch strategy for our expanding rare disease portfolio.This is afieldbasedrole andewith80 of your time spent engaging externally,youllhave real autonomy to drive scientific dialogue and create meaningful impact for patients who have been historically underserved.

Identifyingand developing strategic relationships with key influencers, ORDMs (Other Relevant Decision Makers), scientific societies, and patientorganisationsworking in rare blood disorders

Leading the mapping of current clinical pathways and national guidelines, partnering with healthcare systems toidentifysolutions that improve patient outcomes

You'llbe joining theMedical and Regulatory team, working at the intersection of medical science and commercial strategy. This is a pioneering role whereyoullhelpestablishour presence in the rare blood disorders space, collaborating closely with clinical medical teams, clinical research teams, and health economics teams.Youllhave the opportunity to shape how we support patients in conditions where unmet needsremainsignificant, working in a pre:launch environment that values scientific credibility and strategic thinking.

A minimum of 3 years field medical pharmaceutical industry experience, with therapy area knowledge andexpertiseinhaematology, rare diseases, or related areas

A PhD/Science Degree in a related area, oryourea GMC registered doctor or UK registered pharmacist
