About the role
We’re looking for an End-to-End Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to support or continuing supply chain and logistics transformation journey.
This is a hybrid role and your typical working week will include time spent in our Handforth (Cheshire) Support Office, our Stafford Fulfilment Centre and from home.
Key areas of responsibility will include;
* Carrying out initial discovery, data analysis, feasibility assessment and delivery of a portfolio of improvement initiatives within logistics, and the wider end-to-end supply chain
* Liaising with a wide range of business stakeholders to ensure that end-to-end benefits and trade-offs are thoroughly identified, and recommendations objectively presented
* Leading and participating in practical aspects of feasibility assessments, including on-site trials in our fulfilment centre and store network
* Documenting agreed procedures and policies to a uniform standard
About you

You understand that success in supply chain and logistics management isn’t just about optimising individual processes – it’s about making strategic trade-offs that align with broader business objectives.
Your ability to see the forest for the trees sets you apart, enabling you to confidently present your findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. You’re not just a logistics expert—you’re a strategic thinker with a knack for translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
Key experience/attributes include;
* Supply chain & logistics experience – either from an operational role or a process, consulting and/or planning role
* Practical understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, demonstrating appreciation for wider business complexities and interdependencies
* A pragmatic approach to problem solving, balancing time, cost and availability of resources
* Comfortable with setting and evaluating hypotheses for continuous improvement initiatives, including preliminary data analysis
* An ability to understand and document business processes and requirements
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
We can offer
* Salary of up to £52,000 per annum
* 36 days annual leave (inc Bank Hols), rising to 38 after two years
