Were recruiting for an multi-skilled engineer to join a well-established, forward-thinking manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering leader or a skilled multi-skilled maintenance engineer looking for leading training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working in a team or alone on shift
* Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
* Respond to machinery breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime
* Drive continuous improvement and team development
* Report directly to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
* Level 2 or higher qualification in an engineering discipline
* Strong independence
* Proactive, positive approach with a focus on improvement
* FMCG experience highly desirable
