Hours: 5 days per week, (Mondays & Tuesdays off)

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and highly independent Senior Sous Chef to take charge of our Garden Kitchen. You'll be working solo in the kitchen with our front-of-house servers, managing a streamlined menu designed for quick, high-quality service. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient and thrives working independently while delivering exceptional garden kitchen-style dishes including burgers, Cullen skink, Reuben sandwiches, and more. You'll have the creative freedom to work with the Head Chef to develop exciting specials.
