The Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant within the European team, you will begin in a candidate focused position, building strong foundations in sourcing, interviewing and relationship management. You will be supported through structured training and a clear development plan, with flexibility to shape your future path as your skills grow. This role offers exposure to international markets and the opportunity to progress into 360 recruitment, account management, business development or delivery.
