Duties:
* Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
* Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
* Change bed linens and replenish amenities
* Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restock supplies
* Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
* Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
-Organisation of laundry areas and shelving
Requirements:
* Previous experience in housekeeping to a very high standard essential
* Previous experience in 4* or 5* establishments
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
Skills:
- Customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner during busy periods
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards
