Location: Newcastle, Edinburgh, Charlbury, Northampton, or Catterick (hybrid working of 2 days from home per week available upon successful completion of probation)
About the role
Lycetts Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group, seeks a Claims Handler/Senior Claims Handler to join our Claims Team at our Head Office in Newcastle or regional hubs in Edinburgh, Charlbury, Northampton, or Catterick.
We desire a Claims Handler with strong insurance technical skills and a compassionate client care approach. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support clients during vulnerable times, ensuring a fair and seamless claims process.

Key responsibilities
* Guide clients through claims with empathy and professionalism
* Use insurance knowledge to ensure fair outcomes
* Communicate clearly with clients, insurers, and third parties
* Manage claims from start to finish with care and detail
* Make a positive difference in clients' lives daily
Knowledge, skills, and experience
* Solid technical insurance and claims handling knowledge
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Experience in a similar role (preferred)
