This is an excellent opportunity to join a structured, supportive environment with strong workflows and a consistent volume of quality work.This role would suit someone with solid residential conveyancing experience - particularly within post-completion - who enjoys technical detail, problem solving, and managing Land Registry processes through to final registration.The RoleYou will play a key role in the post-completion stage of residential conveyancing transactions, ensuring registrations and lender requirements are handled accurately and within priority periods. You'll be working as part of a collaborative team with clear processes and compliance standards.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications including AP1, FR1 and AS1 via the Land Registry portalManaging and responding to Land Registry requisitions proactively to avoid cancellations and delaysMonitoring OS1/OS2 priority searches and ensuring registrations are completed within priority periods to protect lender securityHandling mortgage discharges (e-DS1s) and related lender requirementsServing Notices of Transfer and Charge and liaising with management companies where requiredClosing files in line with firm and regulatory requirementsCompiling and issuing completed registration packs to clients and lendersMaintaining accurate records within the firm's case management / CRM systemsSupporting wider team objectives and assisting with additional duties where reasonably requiredExperience RequiredMinimum 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing, ideally with post-completion exposureExperience using case management / CRM systemsPractical knowledge of Land Registry processes and requisition handling preferredSkills & AttributesStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective problem-solving skillsAbility to manage deadlines and work under pressureGood organisational and prioritisation skillsAble to work independently and use initiativeWillingness to learn and continue developing technical knowledgeCommitment to compliance and training requirementsThe firm is committed to ongoing training and skills development and encourages team members to keep their technical knowledge fully up to date.
