Benefits Manager
Contract: 6 Months (with potential to extend to 12 months)
Location: London - Hybrid (2 days a week in office)
We are looking for an experienced and self-sufficient Benefits Manager to join our team on an interim basis. This is a critical role to cover a sudden team change, and we need someone who can hit the ground running and manage our international benefits portfolio, with a strong focus on pensions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of pensions and international benefits, particularly across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and provide expertise on international benefits, with a primary focus on pensions across EMEA and APAC.
* Act as the subject matter expert for all pension-related queries and projects.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, and Finance, within a matrix organisation.
* Support key projects, demonstrating strong project management skills.
* Utilise your Excel and presentation skills to analyse data and communicate findings effectively.
* Engage in foundational benefits work, rolling up your sleeves to ensure the smooth operation of our benefits programmes.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Benefits Manager or similar role.
* Extensive and demonstrable pensions expertise is essential.
* Must have significant experience with EMEA benefits; knowledge of APAC is highly desirable.
* Experience working within the Financial Services industry is a significant advantage.
* A self-sufficient and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently.
* Experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a plus.
