The Role As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will learn all aspects of residential property sales while working alongside experienced negotiators and branch managers. Your responsibilities will include: Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements Booking and conducting property viewings Building relationships with vendors and buyers Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system Generating new business and identifying valuation opportunities Supporting senior negotiators with sales progression You will receive structured training and ongoing coaching to help you become a successful Negotiator. What Were Looking For We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, ambition, and a genuine interest in property.
