Responsibilities
1. Undertaking court advocacy, providing legal advice, and preparing and reviewing cases as part of a varied and rewarding criminal prosecutions caseload.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
* Residency in the UK for at least five years.
* Ideally, at least 2 years' experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions.
* Strong passion for criminal law.
Training and Support
Comprehensive induction training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching to support your transition into a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer role.
Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
