* Contributory pension scheme

What You’ll Be Doing

* Provide support to all flying operations, paying particular attention to weather, aircraft serviceability, crewing status and other potential issues that may have an adverse impact.
* Think creatively while following company procedures and policies to ensure the safety of colleagues, customers, and company assets.
* Maintain a flight watch of all company flights, ensuring accurate tracking of each aircraft and completion of all flight information in a timely and correct manner.

What You’ll Have

* Ideally have previous experience working within an airline operations environment; experience in ground operations, passenger handling, or flying is an advantage.
* Experience as a supervisor or manager in a customer‑facing or non‑airline operational role will also be considered.
* Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of On Time Performance, working under your own initiative and to tight timescales.
