The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with or caring for young people with additional needs
* Be able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils
* Demonstrate a patient, nurturing, and caring approachSupport pupils’ learning, independence, and emotional wellbeing
* Work effectively as part of a team, while also using their own initiative
* Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable) or equivalent experience
The Role Will Include:
* Supporting pupils with learning, social development, and emotional needs
* Encouraging engagement in classroom and school-based activities
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Supporting behaviour in line with the school’s values and expectations
