Registered Nurse (RGN) – Specialist Neurological Care & Rehabilitation
Day Shifts – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,868.50 – £35,373 + weekend enhancements
Our client is looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their growing neurological long-term care and rehabilitation service. What Our Client Is Looking For
* Registered Nurse (RGN) with current UK NMC registration.
* Skills or training in tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, or other neurological care practices.
* Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills, especially with residents facing cognitive or communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care for residents with neurological conditions.
* Create and implement tailored care plans in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.
* Manage complex needs including respiratory support, pain management, and PEG feeding.
* Provide emotional guidance and clear communication to residents and families.
* Ensure safe, compliant, and evidence-based clinical practice.
* Support and mentor junior colleagues to uphold exceptional care standards.
