About the Role
As part of the Graduate Teaching Programme, you will become an integral member of the school community, supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups.
Responsibilities
* Supporting students during lessons to maximise engagement and achievement
* Delivering targeted intervention sessions to small groups and individual pupils
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Helping students overcome barriers to learning
* Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
* Building strong professional relationships with students and staff
* Developing your understanding of teaching strategies and educational practice

* Hold a degree in any subject
* Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in education
* Be confident, proactive, and eager to learn
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Enjoy working with young people
* Have previous experience working with children or young people (advantageous but not essential)
