The Role:
* Proactively source and qualify new lead opportunities
* Cultivate long‑term client and consultant relationships
* Guide PQQs, tenders and pipeline management
* Represent the business at meetings and industry events
About You:
* Proven business development or pre‑construction experience within construction
* Excellent networking, communication and strategic skills
* Understanding of key sectors and procurement methods
* UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
