Full Job Description
Due to the continued expansion of the practice, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to work with our highly trained team in our dental practice. We are a Denplan Plus/ Private practice in the town of Cowplain in Hampshire. We pride ourselves in providing high quality dentistry, in a relaxed and caring way.
The Ideal Candidate will be:
· Fully Qualified and GDC Registered with Hep B Immunisation
· Reliable and Committed
· 'Can Do' Attitude
· Be able to work as part of a team
· Computer literate, experience with R4 preferred but not essential
· Self-motivated
· Flexible
Key Responsibilities
· Helping Patients to feel comfortable before, during and after treatment.
· Set-up and preparation of the surgery for each patient and appointment type.
· Clean down all work surfaces and sterilise all equipment to the required standards.
· Escorting patients from the waiting room to the surgery.
· Provide clinical chairside support to the dentist.
· Updating Patient Records.
· Monitor and maintain stock levels in surgery as necessary.
· Reception Duties
· Follow all practice policies, procedures and patient confidentiality.
· Establish and maintain productive working relationships with the dental and reception team.
· Comply with all GDC and CQC requirements.
Expected Start Date: Friday the 1st of May
