Role: Senior Business Improvement Consultant
Location: Gloucester or London – flexible working
Duration: 6-month initial contract
A Senior Business Improvement Consultant is required to join a leading Financial Services client for long-term work. The successful candidate will be expected to start immediately and contribute effectively from the outset.
Key skills & experience required:
* Extensive experience as a Business Improvement Consultant, preferably within Financial Services or Investments.
* Strong systems thinking approach with experience in Lean methodologies (excluding Six Sigma).
* Proven ability to lead and mentor junior business improvement analysts.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage SMEs and stakeholders effectively.
