An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Senior Chef de Partie who is ambitious and ready to progress into a Junior Sous or Sous Chef position within 6–12 months. The property features a highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant offering an intimate service with approximately 40 covers, alongside a bar serving light lunches, afternoon tea (Thursday–Sunday) and breakfast for hotel guests.
